You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Your order is sent recorded delivery from our UK studio within 2-3 working days.
It then takes a further 2-3 working days to arrive.

I loved them! I'm mad because I lost one after the purchase, but I will be ordering another pair soon. They are gorgeous, and the quality is great. They do not rust! Even in water, although I know it's said that it's not recommended to shower with them, yet I did forget a couple of times, but there wasn't any damage! Highly, highly recommend!

Why pay the mining markup? Lab-grown moissanite has a higher refractive index than diamond, so it actually sparkles more. It is almost as hard, conflict-free, and built to last.
A tennis bracelet is only as good as the clasp. Ours uses a box clasp with a fold-over safety latch, so it stays put through a handshake, a keyboard, and a night out.
