You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How long will my ring take?
Each ring is handmade to order, just for you. Most rings are ready to send within 2 weeks, often much sooner if your stone and setting are already in our studio.
It is then sent recorded delivery and takes a further 2-3 working days to arrive.

I loved them! I'm mad because I lost one after the purchase, but I will be ordering another pair soon. They are gorgeous, and the quality is great. They do not rust! Even in water, although I know it's said that it's not recommended to shower with them, yet I did forget a couple of times, but there wasn't any damage! Highly, highly recommend!

Hi, I'm Tristan. Elle Adore was born from a simple frustration: the jewellery on the high street was either cheap and tacky, or beautiful but outrageously overpriced. I started this brand to close that gap.
Every piece is personally inspected in our UK studio. If it doesn't pass our "love test" (would we gift this to someone we care about?) it doesn't make the cut.
Quality jewellery shouldn't cost the earth.
